SHIPPING & RETURNS

SHIPPING POLICY

  • Housh products are sent to customer in 3 layer packaging to make sure no damage occurs to the product during transit.

  • We use popular - trusted shipping partners only to make sure our customers recieve their products in time, every time.

  • Same day shipping on all Products, Customized bags are shipped within 48 Hours of order

  • Customers can track their orders anytime from My orders section or from the tracking link shared via email/phone.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

  • Return requests should be raised within 24 hours of receiving the product. Customers can write to care@housh.in or Chat with us on:

  • All products to be exchanged must be returned in their original packaging along with the original sales receipt and handed over to the return carrier.

  • Purchase receipt can also be downloaded from My Orders section.

  • Refund amount will be credited to the original payment method after approval.

  • Unfinished  or defective Products  may be returned in the original packaging with the tags attached, along with the original sales receipt.

  • In case of returns customer should email us product images on care@housh.in

Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled via My Orders section

  • Orders cannot be cancelled during "Shipping"

  • Orders can be cancelled before shipping only

  • Orders cancelled after being recieved by customer will be treated as Return/Replacement
